Mohannad Malas, President and Founder
Mr. Malas, has over 30 years of real estate business experience. As
President and CEO of Dana Investment Corporation he is engaged in all areas of the company overseeing real estate transactions and management. His experience has served well in entering markets nationwide. Over his career, Mr. Malas has been responsible for the growth of Dana Investments holdings into a portfolio upwards of $100 million. Mr. Malas is a graduate from the University of Manitoba with a degree in Civil Engineering. When not actively working on real estate endeavors, Mr. Malas is a philanthropist of the arts and serves on the board of directors at Claremont Graduate University.

 

Matthew Soussa, B.A., J.D., Executive Vice President
Mr. Soussa has been with The Dana Group for over a decade. Mr. Soussa is a licensed real estate broker in both California and Colorado and a licensed California attorney. Employing his expertise in jurisprudence to facilitate the group’s transactions, Mr. Soussa has closed 95% of all viable transactions acting on behalf of both Landlords, and Tenants alike and as a Dual Agency Broker or Transaction Broker. Mr. Soussa is responsible for brokering the largest transaction to date in Dana Investment’s history, the McKinley Freeway Center in Southern California. Currently, Mr. Soussa is the managing broker of the Denver office and is responsible for overseeing operations in Colorado. His latest endeavor has been partnering with a Japanese businessman to open a second Goro Sushi & Japanese Cuisine Restaurant, located in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. The original Goro Sushi & Japanese Cuisine Restaurant, located in Irvine, California, has been voted Best Sushi in Orange County many times during its 20-year history and continues to serve customers throughout Southern California today.

 

Jodi Bothwell, B.A., Notary Public, Director of Operations 
Ms. Bothwell has a Business Degree from Des Moines College.  She has worked as a paralegal for the last 23 years, most recently in commercial real estate and construction management.  Ms. Bothwell is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Dana Investments, as well as the executive property management assistant role for all Colorado properties.  With her background and knowledge of commercial real estate, property management, human resources, one-on-one with vendors, tenants and owner maintenance associations, she is capable of efficiently and effectively performing the title of director of operations.  Ms. Bothwell’s interests include – golf, riding motorcycles, women’s retreats & conferences, watching her girls soccer games, travel and spending time with family & friends.  

 

Nabih Alasadi, CPA,  Senior Accounts Manager
Mr. Alasadi hold a degree in Accounting from Kuwait University.  Mr. Alasadi has been with Dana Investments for five years. He is responsible for managing the monthly reporting of all Dana Investments’ Assets and handles all accounting matters for the corporation and its subsidiaries. His expertise in all aspects of accounting, cost management, financial strategies, and project analysis have made him an integral part of the Dana Investments’ Team.

 

 

  

 

Dana Malas, Marketing Director/ Associate Broker
Ms. Malas holds bachelors degrees in arts and science from UC Berkeley and a Masters degree in Landscape Architecture from Harvard’s Graduate School of Design. In addition to generating new leads as an associate broker at Dana Investments, she has headed the company’s marketing and rebranding efforts. Ms. Malas is also working on obtaining a LEED AP credential in hopes of working to certify Dana Investment’s Commercial Office portfolio.  In her free time Ms. Malas enjoys volunteering with the Urban Land Institute and the Colorado Chapter of the US Green Building Council. Most recently Ms. Malas was one of 42 participants selected to participate in the Real Estate Diversity Initiative; a program initiated by Denver’s Office of Economic Development (OED) and the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Colorado District Council. The program aims to involve more Denver-area women and minorities in real estate development by partnering participants with local developers for nine months to learn more about the business.
